Butterfield Market has been supplying the finest foods to its Upper East Side patrons since 1915. We strive to make each visit to our market an exciting experience offering unique and delicious food in an authentic New York City marketplace. We are committed to seeking out local farmers and suppliers. We are also dedicated to become more environmentally friendly and give back to our wonderful community.

We are proud to be working with Francois Payard, and offering a full line of his products including chocolates, truffles, macarons, cakes and pastries.

In November of 2008, we formed a wonderful relationship with Kathleen King, owner of Tate’s of Southampton. We became the EXCLUSIVE retailer of her goods (with exception of her cookies, which are sold nationwide)--outside of her shop in Southampton. We offer her FULL line of products, including a delectable selection of scones, pies, cobblers, brownies, and of course—her famous cookies. Many of her delicious treats are baked directly on-site at our market!

We began our business with delivering food to our customers homes and we are proud to still be offering this service today.
